I just goraned out loud, I want them…
I never even knew this and I’ve fed bread to ducks multiple times! D: Definitely reblog this so everyone knows!
I had no idea.
“Check out my FullyRaw Salad in a Jar! It’s a meal on-the-GO and ready to eat for later! Simply pour in dressing, shake, and mix or pour it into a bowl and enjoy! I’ve layered my favorite salad ingredients (listed below) and placed them into a 64 oz jar. Keeping the salad in a jar makes it not only travel-friendly, but also keeps it air-tight and super fresh! Eating healthy has never been as fun or easy! Who’s excited to try this one?!”
- Green Leaf Lettuce
- Beefsteak Tomatoes
- Colorful Bell Peppers

I CREATED SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL
a.k.a. vegan, no-bake (rather healthy) snickers truffles
Snickers are the only chocolate-bars I kinda miss, but I think these are an adequate substitute. And there’s only 4 ingredients in them!
for about 10-12 truffles you’ll need roughly
- 1/2 cup dates
- 3/4 roasted, unsalted peanuts
- a pinch of salt
- 2-3oz dark chocolate
Blend the dates and about half of the peanuts and the salt in a food processor until you have a sticky mass. Knead in the rest of the peanuts and form little balls. Melt the chocolate (I did that in the microwave), roll your balls in the chocolate and let it dry.
I make these too, but I use milk chocolate or even white chocolate (yes, dark chocolate is healthier, but a small amount is fine. remember moderation is key) you can try yogurt too and freeze it. try adding almonds, cashews, granola, fruits, anything! :) experiment! even protein powder, and you can blend some strawberries with the protein powder with almonds :)
Mini Vegan Vanilla Cupcakes with Blackberry Frosting
We are two vegan animal rights activists in Adelaide who started out baking for select animal charities to help fund raise! We want to start our own vegan catering business and hopefully grow into a vegan cafe, the only problem we have is not having the money to do so!
We want to donate some of our profits to animal charities and raise awareness about the dairy/egg industries and to promote a healthy vegan lifestyle.
What is in the picture is past photos of baking we have done for fundraising, of course becoming a catering business we plan to expand beyond cakes/sweets and hopefully also into raw foods/convenience foods/mock meats. We have the dream, all we need is some money to get us started! :)We are in the process of getting recipes/techniques down pat and will both have completed our certificate IV in small business management and be ready to set up around June.
Your kind donation could help kickstart our business and make it a real success!
Thank you so much for even looking at this page, and if you donated, words can not express our gratitude, even if it was a small donation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
The animals thank you too, don’t ever stop trying to change the world!
please if you have any spare money or want to help out, go to THIS LINK or even reblog this post, it would mean the world! Thank you so much, for even reading this.

Help these guys out :)
Vegan food from Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, even Caribbean and South American cuisine seem to easily accommodate a vegan diet, because of their use of spices and unique flavor combinations as well as expert use of ingredients, so you don’t even miss meat, eggs or cheese.
But you shouldn’t be surprised.
Because all around the world, People of Color have been vegan for centuries.
You would only be only be surprised if you assumed that veganism was made for and by white people
Real talk tho ^
face masks are an essential part of any good skincare routine, as they provide a deep clean or an extra boost of hydration not available in traditional washes or toners. however, it can be difficult for vegans to find affordable face mask options in drug stores that are free…
